Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packaging and Delivery Drivers. The role involves preparing customer orders for delivery, ensuring accurate packaging, and timely delivery of products to customers. As a key representative of our online store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling packages with care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging Orders:
– Accurately pack customer orders based on the provided list and company standards.
– Ensure all items are handled with care to avoid damage during transit.
– Label and organize packages for efficient delivery.

2. Delivery:
– Safely operate company-provided vehicles to deliver packages to customers across designated routes.
– Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, obtaining proof of delivery as required.
– Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address inquiries.

3. Inventory Management:
– Assist in organizing and maintaining stock in the warehouse.
– Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.

4. Vehicle Maintenance:
– Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
– Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.

5. Customer Service:
– Represent the company professionally during deliveries.
– Handle customer complaints or queries courteously and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team.

6. Compliance:
– Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic regulations.

Qualifications:
– Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle to be driven.
– Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is an advantage.
– Basic understanding of using GPS and route optimization tools.
– Ability to lift and move packages up to [X kg] comfortably.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
