E-Commerce Manager (Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented **E-Commerce Manager** to lead and optimize our online store’s operations. In this role, you will oversee the overall performance of our e-commerce platform, driving sales, improving user experience, and managing a cross-functional team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth for the online store.
– Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website functionality, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure seamless user experiences.
– Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
– Work with product and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and optimized product listings.
– Manage third-party vendor relationships, including platform providers, logistics partners, and payment gateways.
– Ensure the website is optimized for mobile and desktop, adhering to best practices in SEO, UX/UI, and accessibility.
– Monitor competitive trends and market shifts to keep the business at the forefront of the industry.
– Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance to senior leadership.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
– Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
– Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
– Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
– Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.
– Familiarity with CRM tools and customer segmentation.
– Knowledge of international e-commerce operations, including global shipping and currency exchange.
